Starting from the perspective of supply chain management,the paper first introduces the development and existing problems of the cross-border e-commerce market in Hunan Province,with a focus on analyzing the bottlenecks and constraints in logistics sorting,transportation,and warehousing.The research aims to explore how to optimize logistics models,improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs,improve bottleneck issues in logistics processes,and enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of the industry by optimizing cross-border e-commerce logistics models.Among them,research focuses on logistics informatization,logistics network optimization,and supply chain collaboration,and proposes optimization plans for the cross-border e-commerce logistics model in Hunan Province,including establishing a logistics information platform,optimizing logistics networks,improving the quality of logistics personnel,and promoting supply chain collaborative management measures.These optimization measures are expected to solve the bottleneck problem in cross-border e-commerce logistics in Hunan Province and further promote the sustainable development of the industry.
