四川省山区县生鲜农产品冷链物流发展现状与对策研究 被引量:3

摘要 农村冷链物流是加快农村产业振兴的重要环节,关乎国民生活质量,其本质是生产者向消费者的实体流动和信息传递。随着我国生鲜农产品市场需求量的日益增加,冷链物流业也迎来了发展的机遇与挑战。四川省是我国农业大省,囿于自然条件限制,省内较多山区县存在冷链物流发展起步晚、供需缺口大的问题。文章运用SWOT分析法,对四川省汉源县生鲜农产品冷链物流现状进行详细分析,提出夯实冷链基础设施建设、健全冷链信息平台、吸引冷链物流企业、活用冷链专业人才、普及冷链物流知识五个方面的对策建议,旨在推动四川省山区县生鲜农产品冷链物流体系的建立与发展。 Rural cold chain logistics is an important link in accelerating the revitalization of rural industries,which is related to the quality of life of the people.Its essence is the physical f low and information transmission from producers to consumers.With the increasing demand for fresh agricultural products in China's market,the cold chain logistics industry has also faced opportunities and challenges for development.Sichuan Province is a major agricultural province in China.Due to natural conditions,many mountainous counties in the province have problems with the late development of cold chain logistics and a large supply and demand gap.This paper uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze the current situation of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in Hanyuan County,Sichuan Province in detail,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in five aspects:consolidating the construction of cold chain infrastructure,improving the cold chain information platform,attracting cold chain logistics enterprises,using cold chain professionals f lexibly,and popularizing cold chain logistics knowledge,aiming to promote the establishment and development of the cold chain logistics system of fresh agricultural products in mountainous counties of Sichuan Province.
