通过济钢工业遗址公园的改造更新研究,介绍工业遗产在城市更新及新旧动能转换的背景下如何实现可持续性,结合国内外相关案例研究,介绍工业遗址公园的可持续性改造策略,提出济钢工业遗址公园改造更新的设想:确立钢铁工业遗址公园的主题定位,从故事的主轴线、工业记忆的评估与保留、公园布局与“新”城市肌理的融合等方面,对该片区进行可持续性的开发与保护研究,为城市更新提供可持续发展的方法及思路,针对该类型工业遗产的公园改造的积极探索,具有较高的现实意义及应用价值。

Based on the research on the renovation of Jigang Industrial Heritage Park,this paper discusses how to realize the sustainability of industrial heritage in the context of urban renewal and the conversion of old and new kinetic energy,and combines the relevant case studies at home and abroad,this paper probes into the sustainable transformation strategy of the Industrial Heritage Park,and puts forward the tentative plan for the transformation and renewal of the Industrial Heritage Park of Jigang:to establish the theme orientation of the Iron and Steel Industrial Heritage Park,to study the sustainable development and protection of the area from points of the main axis of the story,the assessment and preservation of industrial memory,the integration of the park layout and the“New”urban texture,and it is of great practical significance and practical value to provide sustainable development methods and ideas for urban renewal and actively explore the park renovation of this type of industrial heritage.
