摘要
以超载车辆运行后工业厂房结构现状为研究背景,提出了工业厂房结构安全性鉴定的程序及内容,对超载车辆运行后构件的损伤进行了检测,对厂房现状安全性进行了评估;并通过建模分析计算,对构件的损伤机理进行了分析和研究;研究结果表明,超载车辆运行后,构件在负弯矩区出现剪切裂缝,且构件混凝土强度的降低会增大这种破坏效应。
This article takes the current status of industrial plant structures after overloaded vehicles operate as the research background,proposes the procedure and content for safety assessment of industrial plant structures,detects damage to components after overloaded vehicles operate,and evaluates the current safety of the plant,and through modeling analysis and calculation,the damage mechanism of the components was analyzed and studied;the research results indicate that after overloaded vehicles operate,shear cracks appear in the negative bending moment zone of the components,and a decrease in the concrete strength of the components will increase this destructive effect.
