换乘通道冻结施工技术

摘要 介绍了上海轨道交通15号线某换乘通道的工程特点及冻结施工情况,指出该通道长度较大,所处地层条件比较复杂,冻结暗挖段处于某园区B1号楼与C1号楼之间地下室下,地下室为园区车库,车辆出入频繁,故要严格控制地下室及地面变形,保证施工安全。针对工程特点,采用低温快速冻结,及时泄压控制冻胀;开挖中初支快速闭合,壁后及时注浆等方式,有效控制地层变形,对于类似工程的施工具有参考意义。 Introduced the Shanghai rail transit line 15 a transfer channel engineering characteristics and freeze construction situation,points out that the length of the channel is larger,the formation condition is complex,frozen dig in a park B1 building and C1 building between basement,basement for park garage,vehicle frequently,therefore to strictly control the basement and ground deformation,ensure the safety of construction.According to the characteristics of the project,low temperature rapid freezing,excavation,timely grouting of the formation deformation,which provides a reference for similar projects.
