一种高效保水材料制备及其边坡绿化应用研究

摘要 基于港口裸露硬质边坡的绿化困难、绿植存活率低、存活周期短的现存问题。以硅藻泥、聚乙烯醇(PVA)等环保材料为基础,采用超声辅助水溶液聚合法制备复合保水材料。结果表明复合材料最优吸水率和5 d保水率分别可达23.45 g/g和56.20%。扫描电子显微镜图像可观测到复合材料具有网状空腔结构,这是其具有优秀保水性能的关键。室外栽培实验结果表明,在34℃条件下,微植被5 d之内完成了在栽培布面上的“定居”,后续生长良好。 Based on the existing problems of difficult greening,low survival rate of green plants and short survival period of exposed hard slopes in ports.In this study,the biodegradable composite water retention materials were prepared by ultrasound-assisted aqueous solution polymerization method using diatomite,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),sodium carboxymethylcellulose(CMC)and activated carbon as raw materials.The results showed that when CMC,PVA and activated carbon were added at 171.43%,53.57%and 0.18%of the mass of diatomite monomer,respectively,the water absorption and 5-day water retention of the composites were 23.45 g/g and 56.20%,respectively.SEM showed that the reticulated cavity structure was the key to their water retention performance.The results of the outdoor cultivation experiments showed that the micro-vegetation finished“settling”on the cultivation surface within five days at 34℃,and the subsequent growth was good.
