摘要
通过试验路的铺筑,水泥稳定建筑垃圾再生集料底基层配合比设计结构合理、力学指标均满足要求,施工工艺科学合理;通过水泥稳定底基层试验段施工机械设备组合,试验段的施工机械组合可用于水泥稳定垃圾再生集料底基层的施工。通过试验段施工控制配合比,经检测各项指标均满足设计要求,试验段的配合比可用于今后水泥稳定碎石基层的施工配合比。通过试验段采用的施工工艺,经检测,压实度、平整度、厚度、高程、横坡等各项指标均满足设计要求,试验段的施工工艺可用于今后水泥稳定建筑垃圾再生集料底基层的施工。
Through the paving of the test road,the proportion design of cement stabilised construction waste recycled aggregate sub-base is reasonable,the mechanical indexes meet the requirements,and the construction technology is scientific and reasonable;through the combination of construction machinery and equipment of the test section of cement stabilised sub-base,the combination of construction machinery of the test section can be used for the construction of cement stabilised waste recycled aggregate sub-base.Through the test section construction of the control of the proportion,after testing the indicators meet the design requirements,the test section of the proportion can be used for the future construction of cement stabilised gravel base layer proportion.Through the construction technology adopted in the test section,all the indexes such as compaction,flatness,thickness,elevation,cross slope,etc.meet the design requirements,and the construction technology of the test section can be used for the construction of cement stabilised construction waste recycled aggregate sub-base in the future.
