摘要
分析全断面隧道掘进机行业存在的难题、挑战与智能化发展的意义,重点论述全断面隧道掘进机行业智能制造、智能运行、智能维护、智能安装与机器人应用等技术的研究与发展现状。提出全断面隧道掘进机智能化制造和智能化运行维护技术的发展方向:1)亟待建立装备制造与运维数据共享机制;2)亟待突破多源异构数据采集智能终端开发与多层制造生产协同等关键技术;3)研发机制-数据混合驱动的云边端分布式智能运维系统,推动隧道工程智能建造的进程;4)逐步跨域构建“以用户为中心”的制造/运维价值网服务平台,实现全断面隧道掘进机制造/运维产业转型升级。
In this study,difficulties,challenges,and development significance of full-face tunnel boring machine(TBM)are analyzed.Then,the research and development status of intelligent manufacturing,intelligent operation,intelligent maintenance,intelligent installation,and robot application in full-face TBM industry are emphatically discussed and analyzed.Finally,the development directions of full-face TBM intelligent manufacturing and intelligent operation and maintenance technology are proposed as follows:(1)the establishment of a data sharing mechanism between equipment manufacturing and operation;(2)key technologies of multi-source heterogeneous data acquisition,intelligent terminal development,and multi-layer manufacturing production collaboration;(3)research and development mechanism-data hybrid driven cloud edge distributed intelligent operation and maintenance system that can promote the process of intelligent construction of tunnel engineering;and(4)establishment of a"User-centered"MMO value network service platform across domains that can realize the transformation and upgrading of the full-face TBM industry.
