摘要
采用含铁品位42%左右的铜渣为原料,将其磨至-200目80%左右,用煤粉作为还原剂及阻粘骨料,并添加一定量的生石灰制成球团矿后进行深度还原—磁选回收铁,重选回收剩余煤粉试验。研究表明:⑴铜渣深度还原温度在1280℃左右,还原时间90min,磁选回收的铁精矿TFe品位在84%以上,铁回收率在90%以上;⑵煤粉配比在30%以上时可起到骨料作用,实现铜渣在高温熔融状态下不发生熔融粘黏,铁元素还原后充分结晶,铁颗粒大小均匀;⑶通过重选回收剩余碳粉,可回收33%左右的煤粉用量。试验结果可为铜渣深度还原的工业应用提供参考。
Copper slag with iron grade of about 42%was used as raw material,and it was ground to about 80%of-200 mesh.Pulverized coal was used as reducing agent and anti-sticking aggregate,a certain amount of quicklime was added to make pellets.Then the experiment of deep reduction-magnetic separation to recover iron and gravity separation to recover remaining pulverized coal is carried out.The research results show that:(1)the deep reduction temperature of copper slag is about 1280℃,reduction time is 90 min,the TFe grade of iron concentrate recovered by magnetic separation is above 84%,and the iron recovery rate is above 90%;(2)When the ratio of coal powder is more than 30%,it can play the role of aggregate,so that the copper slag does not melt and stick in the high-temperature melting state,and the iron element is fully crystallized after reduction.Iron particles are uniform in size;(3)About 33%of pulverized coal can be recovered by recycling the remaining toner by gravity separation.The experiment results can provide reference for industrial application of deep reduction of copper slag.
