微生物激活酶在煤低温干馏废水生化处理系统调试中的试验研究

摘要 甘肃宏汇能源化工有限公司煤低温干馏废水成份复杂、污染物浓度高、生物毒性大、处理难度大,如何快速调试启动废水生化处理系统达到设计能力,已经成为制约煤低温干馏生产主装置投产的重要因素之一。通过采用微生物激活酶技术结合活性污泥,快速激活微生物菌群,在15天内调试启动了生化系统,达到了设计处理能力,出水可以达到GB16171-2012直接排放标准的要求进行稳定排放。 The low temperature coal distillation wastewater in Gansu Honghui Energy and Chemical Co.,Ltd.has complex components,high pollutant concentration,high biological toxicity and great difficulty in treatment.How to quickly debug and start the wastewater biochemical treatment system to reach the design capacity has become one of the important factors restricting the production of the main unit of low temperature coal distillation.Through the use of microbial activation enzyme technology combined with activated sludge to quickly activate microbial flora,the biochemical system was commissioned and started within 15 days,reaching the design treatment capacity and the effluent can meet the requirements of GB16171-2012 direct discharge standard for stable discharge.
