基于ANSYS软件鞍式支座应力分析

摘要 本文针对卧式容器的鞍式支座,在三维制图软件中建立模型后,导入ANSYS有限元分析软件,对承受压力容器整体重量分布载荷下的鞍式支座,在ANSYS Workbench环境中进行受力分析,以有限元分析结果作为真实应力情况的近似解,得出鞍式支座在承受载荷和施加约束的情况下,所受最大应力与变形量,验证了鞍式支座应力分析中的准确性和安全性。 Aiming at the saddle support of the horizontal vessel,after the model is established in the 3D drawing software,and import to the ANSYS finite element analysis software to analyze the stress of the saddle support under the overall weight distribution load of the pressure vessel in the ANSYS Workbench environment.The results of the finite element analysis are used as an approximate solution for the true stress situation,and the maximum stress and deformation that the saddle support bears under the load and constraints are obtained,and verify the accuracy and safety of stress analysis for saddle supports.
