“新医科”背景下医学生生物安全意识培养的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Biosafety Awareness Training for Medical Students Under the Background of"New Medicine"

摘要 目的为迎接“新医科”建设对医学专业教育提出的新挑战,采用助研模式探索医学生生物安全意识培养的实践途径。方法2021年9月—2022年6月河北工程大学医学部根据实验室助研岗位设置需求,采用自愿报名的方式随机选择5名学生培训后担任实验室助研,对包含助研在内的23名研究生进行学期前和学期末的生物安全意识问卷调查和访谈,并统计分析测试结果。结果学期前,助研与其他学生的生物安全测试平均分分别为(66.80±7.16)分和(65.71±9.16)分,差异无统计学意义(P=0.846)。经过助研岗位的历练,与学期前相比助研的测试平均分为(85.60±8.52)分,成绩显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P=0.005),非助研学生的平均分为(66.35±8.55)分,与学期前比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.462)。结论助研模式对医学生生物安全意识提升有促进作用,是对其综合素质提升的一次积极探索,可为“新医科”背景下教育教学改革提供新思路。 Objective To meet the challenges of“New Medicine”for medicine education,the research assistant mode is adopted to explore the practical way of cultivating medical students'biosafety consciousness.Methods From September 2021 to June 2022,Medical college,Hebei University of Engineering based on the requirements of laboratory research assistant positions,randomly selected 5 students to be laboratory research assistants after training by voluntary application,conducted biosafety awareness questionnaires and interviews before and at the end of the semester for 23 graduate students,including research assistants,and statistically analyzed the test results.Results Before the semester,the average scores of biosafety test between research assistants and other students were(66.80±7.16)points and(65.71±9.16)points,respectively,with no statistical significance(P=0.846).After the experience of research assistants,the average score of research assistants was significantly higher than that before the semester(85.60±8.52)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.005),the average score of non-research assistants was(66.35±8.55)points,and the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.462).Conclusion The research assistant model promotes the improvement of biosafety awareness of medical students,and it is also an active exploration of improving their comprehensive quality,which can provide ideas for the reforming of medical education under the background of“New Medicine”.
