病例导入式联合BOPPPS教学模式在神经病学临床教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 在神经内科临床带教中采用病例导入式教学联合BOPPPS[导言﹙bridge-in,B﹚、学习目标﹙objective,O﹚、前测﹙pre-test,P﹚、参与式学习﹙participatory learning,P﹚、后测﹙post-test,P﹚和总结﹙summary,S﹚]教学模式,将常见病、疑难病及多学科诊疗病例融入BOPPPS教学模式中,以增强神经内科学员(研究生、规范化培训医师及进修医师)相关疾病诊治能力以及自主学习能力。通过《自主学习能力形成性评价自评表》《教学效果评价表》及临床考核对该教学模式进行效果评价。评估显示此教学模式可提高学员自学能力和学习效率,有助于快速提高学员临床技能,同时有助于加强临床教学的科学性和系统性,促进教师临床带教能力提高。 In the clinical teaching of neurology department,case-leading teaching combined with BOPPPS[bridge-in,objective,pre-test,participatory learning,post-testing and summary,BOPPPS]teaching mode is adopted to integrate common diseases,difficult diseases and multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment cases into the teaching mode,so as to enhance the diagnosis and treatment ability of related diseases and self-learning ability of neurology students(postgraduates,standardized training physicians and studying physicians).The effect of the teaching mode was evaluated through Selfassessment Form of Autonomous Learning Ability,Teaching Effect Evaluation Form and Clinical assessment.Analysis showed this teaching mode could stimulate students'interests in learning,and improved the self-study ability and learning efficiency.The teaching mode not only helped to improve students’clinical skills quickly,also made the teaching more scientific and systematic and enhanced the teacher’s teaching ability.
