PBL-CBL联合教学法在胃肠外科本科教育中的应用价值 被引量:1

The Application Value of PBL-CBL Combined Teaching Method in Undergraduate Education of Gastrointestinal Surgery

摘要 目的探讨以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合以案例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)教学模式在胃肠外科本科生临床实习中的应用价值。方法选取2021年8月—2022年8月在广州中医药大学第一附属医院胃肠外科轮转临床实习的50名本科生作为研究对象。按照数字随机表法随机分为试验组(采用PBL+CBL教学方法,n=25)与对照组(采用传统的教学实习模式,n=25)。观察两组的基础理论、操作技能、病例分析能力等综合成绩。结果试验组学生的基础理论、操作技能、病例分析能力成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组学生在激发学习兴趣、培养临床逻辑思维、团队合作能力、调动学习的积极性、提升科研协作能力方面的得分均高于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将PBL-CBL联合教学法应用于胃肠外科本科生临床教学实践中,可以激发本科临床实习生的主观能动性和积极性,有助于转变教师原有教学思路,细化教学方案,提高胃肠外科教师的临床教学指导水平,为提高临床教学工作质量奠定了基础,对于推进胃肠外科教学改革具有十分重要的意义。 Objective To explore the effect of problembased teaching method(PBL)combined with case-based teaching method(CBL)in the clinical practice of surgical undergraduates.Methods From August 2021 to August 2022,a total of 50 undergraduates rotating clinical practice in the department of gastrointestinal surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into the experimental group(PBL+CBL teaching method,n=25)and the control group(traditional teaching practice mode,n=25).The comprehensive scores of basic theory,operation skills and case analysis ability of the two groups were observed.Results The scores of basic theory,operation skills and case analysis ability of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group in stimulating learning interest,cultivating clinical logical thinking,teamwork ability,mobilizing learning enthusiasm and improving scientific research cooperation ability,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL-CBL combined teaching method in the clinical teaching practice of gastrointestinal surgery undergraduates can stimulate the initiative and enthusiasm of undergraduate clinical interns,help to change the original teaching methods,refine the teaching plan,improve the clinical teaching guidance ability of gastrointestinal surgery teachers,lay a foundation for the quality control of clinical teaching,and have great significance for promoting the teaching reform of gastrointestinal surgery.
