青年修德观视域下医学生医德教育研究

Research on Medical Ethics Education for Medical Students Under the Perspective of Youth Morality Cultivation

青年修德观的内涵是教育青年立志、指导青年成才、引领青年报国,对医学生医德教育具有提纲挈领的指导作用。文章首先阐释了青年修德观的三个基本内涵:“青年为何要修德”“青年要修什么德”“青年如何修德”。通过分析随着现代生物医学模式的转变,目前医学生医德教育存在的主要问题,包括家庭教育的缺失、学校医德教育不足、社会教育乏力等三个方面,提出青年修德观对医学生医德教育的重要意义。在此基础上提出解决问题的具体措施:一是要优化整合校内资源;二是要协同家庭教育资源;三是要营造良好社会氛围等途径,进而将青年修德观融入医学生医德教育,丰富教育内容,提升教育成效。

The connotation of the concept of youth moral cultivation is to educate young people to aspire,guide them to become successful,and lead them to serve the country.It has a guiding role in medical ethics education for medical students.The article first explains the three basic connotations of the concept of youth moral cultivation:"Why should youth cultivate morality""What kind of morality should youth cultivate"and"How should youth cultivate morality".By analyzing the main problems in medical ethics education for medical students with the transformation of modern biomedical models,including the lack of family education,insufficient medical ethics education in schools,and weak social education,this paper proposes the important significance of the concept of youth moral education for medical students'medical ethics education.On this basis,specific measures are proposed to solve the problem:firstly,to optimize and integrate campus resources;secondly,it is necessary to collaborate with family education resources;the third is to create a good social atmosphere and other means,and then integrate the concept of youth moral cultivation into medical ethics education for medical students,enrich educational content,and improve educational effectiveness.
