SOX21-AS1及SOX21在宫颈癌中的表达及临床意义

Expression and Clinical Significance of SOX21-AS1 and SOX21 in Cervical Cancer

目的探讨SOX21-AS1、SOX21在宫颈癌中的表达及临床意义。方法选取行宫颈液基细胞检查的患者60例作为研究对象,将细胞学诊断正常及HPV检测为阴性的33例患者纳入正常组,将细胞学及组织学均诊断为宫颈鳞癌的27例患者纳入癌症组。所有患者均行SOX21-AS1、SOX21检测,比较2组SOX21-AS1、SOX21表达,分析SOX21-AS1、SOX21表达与临床病理特征的关系及宫颈癌的诊断效能。结果宫颈癌患者SOX21-AS1、SOX21表达高于正常组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。有淋巴结转移、FIGO分期Ⅱb~Ⅲa、宫颈癌浸润深度≥2/3患者SOX21-AS1、SOX21表达高于无淋巴结转移、FIGO分期Ⅰb~Ⅱa、宫颈浸润深度<2/3患者,肿瘤大小≥4.0 cm患者SOX21-AS1表达高于肿瘤大小<4.0 cm患者,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。绘制ROC曲线结果显示,SOX21-AS1、SOX21诊断宫颈癌的线下面积分别为:0.935、0.955,均具有较高诊断价值。结论SOX21-AS1、SOX21在宫颈癌中存在明显高表达,并对宫颈癌具有较高的诊断效能,或能成为新兴生物标志物。

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of SOX21-AS1 and SOX21 in cervical cancer.Methods 60 patients with cervical liquid-based cell examination were selected as the study subjects,33 patients with normal cytological diagnosis and negative HPV detection were included in the normal group,and 27 patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma diagnosed by cytology and histology were included in the cancer group.All patients were tested for SOX21-AS1 and SOX21.The expression of SOX21-AS1 and SOX21 in the 2 groups was compared,and the relationship between the expression of SOX21-AS1 and SOX21 and the clinicopathological characteristics and diagnostic efficacy were analyzed.Results The expression of SOX21-AS1 and SOX21 in cervical cancer patients was significantly higher than that in the normal group(P<0.05).The expression of SOX21-AS1 and SOX21 in patients with lymph node metastasis,FIGO stageⅡb~Ⅲa,depth of invasion of cervical cancer≥2/3 was higher than that in patients without lymph node metastasis,FIGO stageⅠb~Ⅱa,depth of invasion of cervical cancer<2/3,and the expression of SOX21-AS1 in patients with tumor size≥4.0 cm was higher than that in patients with tumor size<4.0 cm(P<0.05).The ROC curve results showed that the area under the line of SOX21-AS1 and SOX21 for diagnosis of cervical cancer was 0.935 and 0.955 respectively,which were of high diagnostic value.Conclusion SOX21-AS1 and SOX21 are highly expressed in cervical cancer,and have high diagnostic efficacy for cervical cancer,or can become new biomarkers.
