利培酮联合谷维素对女性双相情感障碍患者糖脂代谢及心肌功能指标表达的影响

Effect of Risperidone Combined with Oryzanol on Glucose and Lipid Metabolism and Myocardial Function Index Expression in Female Patients with Bipolar Disorder

目的:探究利培酮联合谷维素对女性双向情感障碍患者糖脂代谢及心肌功能指标的影响。方法:选择2019年5月—2022年2月于我院接受治疗的80例女性双相情感障碍患者为研究对象,按照信封法分为研究组(n=40,接受利培酮联合谷维素治疗)和对照组(n=40,接受利培酮治疗),比较两组治疗前后PANSS评分、心肌酶[谷草转氨酶(AST)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)]、糖脂代谢指标[泌乳素(PRL)、空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)以及低密度脂蛋白(LDL)]。结果:研究组治疗后阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理以及PANSS总分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后心肌酶AST、CK、CK-MB以及LDH水平高于治疗前(P<0.05),但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后PRL、FPG、TG、TC、LDL水平均低于对照组,HDL水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:利培酮联合谷维素在调节女性双相情感障碍患者疗效方面优于单纯应用利培酮,可有效改善患者糖脂代谢指标,且不影响心肌功能,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the effects of risperidone combined with glutamate on glycolipid metabolism and myocardial function in female patients with bipolar disorder.Methods:A total of 80 female patients with bipolar disorder who were treated in our hospital from May 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the envelope method,they were divided into study group(n=40,treated with risperidone combined with oryzanol)and control group(n=40,treated with risperidone).PANSS score,myocardial enzymes[aspartate aminotransferase(AST),creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)],glucose and lipid metabolism indexes[prolactin(PRL),fasting blood glucose(FPG),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein(HDL)and low density lipoprotein(LDL)]were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the positive symptoms,negative symptoms,general psychopathology and PANSS total score of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of AST,CK,CK-MB and LDH in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of PRL,FPG,TG,TC and LDL in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the HDL level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Risperidone combined with glutamate is superior to risperidone alone in regulating the efficacy of female patients with bipolar disorder,and can effectively improve the glycemic and lipid metabolism indexes of patients without affecting myocardial function,so it has high clinical application value.
