腰椎间盘突出症患者糖皮质激素治疗期间应用健康行为互动模式干预的效果

Application Value of Interaction Model of Client Health Behavior in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation Treated with Glucocorticoid

目的:探讨健康行为互动模式(IMCHB)干预在糖皮质激素治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者中的应用价值。方法:选取本院2021年5月—2022年4月收治的82例接受糖皮质激素治疗的LDH患者,采用信封法分为对照组(n=41,予以常规护理模式干预)和研究组(n=41,予以IMCHB干预)。观察两组腰椎功能、疼痛评分、自护能力、疾病知识以及不良反应。结果:研究组疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)低于对照组,日本腰椎矫形外科学会(JOA)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组Barthel指数(BI)评分、疾病认知量表(B-IPQ)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:IMCHB干预应用于糖皮质激素治疗LDH患者中可有效改善腰椎功能,缓解疼痛,增强自护能力以及疾病知识,同时可提高患者生活质量,减少激素治疗的不良反应。

Objective:To explore the application value of interaction model of client health behavior(IMCHB)intervention in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH)treated with glucocorticoid.Methods:A total of 82 patients with LDH who received glucocorticoid therapy in our hospital from May 2021 to April 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=41,given routine nursing mode intervention)and study group(n=41,given IMCHB intervention)by envelope method.The lumbar function,pain score,self-care ability,disease knowledge and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results:The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)of pain in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The Barthel index(BI)score and B-IPQ score in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:IMCHB intervention can effectively improve lumbar function,relieve pain,enhance self-care ability and disease knowledge,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the adverse reactions of glucocorticoid therapy in patients with LDH.
