Chinese modernization is a socialist modernization development model created by the Communist Party of China(CPC) leading the whole people,which has created a new modernization theoretical paradigm of human society and has fundamentally overcome the endogenous defects of capitalist modernization that lacks leading force and loses the momentum of common wealth development.In the Chinese modernization,the CPC is the highest political leadership,leading all people to create the main synergy of socialist modernization and constructing the “leadership-development system”,“mission-responsibility system” and “decision-making-implementation efficient interaction model”.Under the guidance of the major innovative theories of the modernization of Marxism,the CPC has led all people to open up a modernized development model of socialism with Chinese characteristics through the leading of progressive development goals and the implementation of successive struggles.The practical characteristics of multi-goal integrated development such as “comprehensive and free development of human beings,coordinated and balanced development of society,and co-prosperity of the world”.The construction of the theoretical paradigm of modernization led by the CPC demonstrates the value orientation of creating a better life and a better world,and the goals of common prosperity,open development and shared destiny,which provides a new choice for all countries in the world beyond the Western modernization development model,promotes the overall process of world history and creates a new form of human civilization with world historical significance.
