摘要
常规钻井泵的动力端为曲柄连杆机构,由于自身的运动特性,排量与泵压波动较大,需要排出空气包平衡波动。提出一种五缸凸轮钻井泵,动力端应用规律轮廓线的凸轮传动机构,使活塞发生匀加速、匀速、匀减速规律的往复移动,实现排量恒定,由此克服常规钻井泵的缺点,实现理论上的排量波动为0,并大大延长钻井泵易损件的寿命。介绍了五缸凸轮钻井泵的结构,进行了活塞运动特性解析,并分析了凸轮工作轮廓曲线的设计。
The power end of conventional drilling pump is the crank connecting-rod mechanism.Due to its own motion characteristics,it has a large fluctuation in displacement and pump pressure,and the air package needs to be exhausted to balance the fluctuation.A five-cylinder cam drilling pump was proposed,and the power end applies the cam transmission mechanism with the regular contour line,so that the piston moves back and forth with uniform acceleration,uniform speed and uniform deceleration laws to achieve constant displacement,thereby overcoming the shortcoming of the conventional drilling pump,realizing the theoretical displacement fluctuation of O,and greatly extending the life of the wearing part of the drlling pump.The structure of the five-cylinder cam drilling pump was introduced,the motion characteristics of the piston were analyzed,and the design of the cam working profile curve was analyzed at the same time.
