摘要
通过直线插补与阿基米德螺线插补对比分析,设计了一台机床主轴以极坐标轨迹运行的新型数控机床。介绍了这一数控机床的整体结构和工作原理,分析了U轴进给消隙齿轮的设计,以及电主轴供电系统和供水系统,并对电主轴位置反馈数据的传输进行了讨论。极坐标数控机床在加工复杂曲线时相比直角坐标数控机床,有更高的加工精度,同时可以提高加工效率。
Through the comparative analysis of linear interpolation and Archimedes solenoid interpolation,a new CNC machine tool with polar coordinate running trajectory for spindle was designed.The overall structure and working principle of this CNC machine tool were introduced,the design of U-axis feed anti-backlash gear was analyzed,as well as the power supply system and water supply system of electric spindle,and the transmission of electric spindle position feedback data was discussed.Polar coordinate CNC machine tool has higher machining accuracy than rectangular coordinate CNC machine tool when machining complex curve,and can improve processing efficiency.
