摘要
现有立式数控铣床在铣削加工零件很窄的槽时,只能采用细小立铣刀进行加工,不仅加工速度慢,而且立铣刀易折断,由此影响零件加工速度和质量。针对这一问题,设计了能加工窄槽及齿条的数控铣床附件机构,并且给出两种设计方案,同时进行传动设计。利用所设计的附件机构,与现有立式数控铣床配合,能够方便地加工窄槽及齿条,加工速度快,效率高,质量好。
The existing vertical CNC milling machine can only use a small end mill for processing when milling a very narrow slot of the part,which not only has a slow processing speed,but also the end mill is easy to break,thus the processing speed and quality of the part are affected.In view of this problem,a CNC milling machine attachment mechanism that can process narrow groove and rack was designed,and two design schemes were given,and the transmission design was carried out at the same time.Using the designed attachment mechanism,with the existing vertical CNC milling machine,it can easily process narrow groove and rack,with fast processing speed,high efficiency and good quality.
