摘要
储能是支撑新型电力系统建设的重要组成部分。本文全面分析了我国储能的发展现状,分析了中长期电力供需趋势;从华东、华中等七个区域角度分析各区域中长期负荷特性、新能源发展特性、储能配置需求及配置特点;从强化规划引领、统筹做好适应储能产业发展的顶层设计,以切实发挥储能效能为原则、提升在役储能运行效率,完善储能产业发展成本的疏导机制,在加强储能技术创新等四个方面,提出促进储能行业发展的措施建议。
Energy storage is an essential part of supporting the construction of new electric power system.This study comprehensively analyzes the current situation of energy storage development and the trend of power supply and demand in the medium and long term.In this paper,we analyze the medium and long-term load characteristics,new energy development characteristics,energy storage configuration needs and configuration characteristics of seven regions,including East China and Central China,from a regional perspective.This paper puts forward measures and suggestions to promote the development of energy storage from four aspects:strengthening planning guidance,coordinating top-level design to adapt to the development of energy storage industry,improving the operational efficiency of in-service energy storage under the principle of giving full play to energy storage efficiency,improving the cost channeling mechanism of the industry,and strengthening the innovation of energy storage technology.
