摘要 园区级源网荷储一体化项目是以现代信息通讯、大数据、人工智能、储能等新技术为依托,运用“互联网+”新模式充分调动负荷侧调节响应能力,构建的园区级绿色供电微网项目。我国对该类项目政策管理的重点主要包括对市场主体、电源、并网、负荷、储能等方面的要求。本文重点研究各地区此类项目的政策要求,梳理一体化项目的技术路线和商业模式,结合案例研究分析形成园区级源网荷储一体化项目开发的策略。 The park-level source-grid-load-storage integration project refers to a park-level green power supply microgrid project based on modern information communication,big data,artificial intelligence,energy storage and other new technologies,using the"Internet+"new model to fully mobilize the load-side adjustment response capability.The key points of China's policy management for this kind of projects mainly include the requirements for market players,power supply,grid connection,load and energy storage.This paper focuses on the policy requirements of such projects in various regions,combs the technical route and business model of integrated projects,and analyzes the development strategy of forming a park with integrated source,network,load and storage combined with case studies.
