北京市北运河“7·21”与“7·20”洪水调度方案分析

摘要 通过对比分析北运河2012年“7·21”与2016年“7·20”2场强降雨洪水调度过程,总结面对较大洪水时的调度经验,结合当前北运河防洪工程格局的演变及风险隐患情况,给出北运河面对较大洪水时的调度措施,为以后较大洪水调度提供参考。 Based on the daily water replenishment and quality requirements of the Jinghe River in the sub center of Beijing,this article analyzes the various influencing factors of the Yunchao Jianhe Canal replen-ishing water for Jinghe River.Combining with the current engineering situation,water regime,and water en-vironment quality of the Yunchao Jianhe Canal,a method of water replenishment and a scheduling method for controlled engineering have been proposed.This study provides reference for the transformation of wa-ter replenishment from recycled water to surface water.
