开展“运河+体育”现状分析——以北运河(通州段)为例

Analysis on the current situation of"Canal+Sports"——-Taking of the North Canal(Tongzhou Section)as an Example

发展“运河+体育”项目,有利于推动滨水空间共享利用,满足市民体育运动需求。北运河(通州段)对于体育运动管理经验不足、河道现状与市民需求存在差异、配套设施不完善,导致“运河+体育”发展存在一定限制。通过分析北运河(通州段)水资源、水生态环境、河道治理以及体育运动资源现状,按照分区管理、分类管理的方式,结合河道现状、水闸调度以及配套服务设施建设情况进行了活动区域划分和区域性活动分类,划分了水上和岸上活动区域,区分体育赛事和日常活动。科学施策,精细化管理,完善“运河+体育”保障措施,为北运河(通州段)“运河+体育”项目发展奠定坚实基础。

Developing the"Canal+Sports"project is conducive to promoting the sharing and utilization of waterfront space and meeting the sports needs of citizens.The lack of experience in sports management in the North Canal(Tongzhou section),differences in the current situation of the river and the needs of cit-izens,and incomplete supporting facilities have led to certain limitations in the development of"Canal+Sports"By analyzing the current situation of water resources,water ecological environment,river manage-ment,and sports resources of the North Canal(Tongzhou section),activity areas and regional activity clas-sifications were divided according to the zoning and classification management methods.Combined with the current situation of the river,water gate scheduling,and supporting service facility construction,water and shore activity areas were divided,and sports events and daily activities were distinguished.Scientific policy implementation,refined management,and improvement of the"Canal+Sports"guarantee measures will lay a solid foundation for the development of the"Canal+Sports"project on the North Canal(Tong-zhou section).
