摘要
以2个产地的连翘根系土壤为试材,采用随机取样的方法,测定了不同海拔连翘根系土壤中有机质、有机碳、pH、碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾含量,并对土壤肥力进行综合评价,旨在为连翘大面积栽培及人工抚育管理提供参考依据,促进科学化生产。结果表明:2个地区土壤均具有极高水平含量的有机质、有机碳以及碱解氮,但速效磷与速效钾含量属于中等及以下水平,土壤pH偏高,为中性及弱碱性土壤。土壤有机质、有机碳以及碱解氮之间存在显著的正相关关系,并且均与海拔呈正相关,与pH呈负相关;速效磷与有机质、pH的相关性较高,速效钾主要来源于土壤母质,其含量变化与不同海拔的山地环境有关。2个地区土壤肥力最高的海拔范围均为900~1000 m,井陉县土壤肥力在平均水平之上的集中在700~1000 m,涉县为900~1100 m。综上,2个地区的土壤理化性质相近,以有机形式存在的营养元素含量随海拔升高呈一定的规律性变化,但土壤pH偏高,速效磷与速效钾含量偏低,这一特征对连翘抚育及生产具有科学指导意义。
The root soil of Forsythia suspensa from two producing areas were used as the test material.The contents of organic matter,organic carbon,alkali hydrolyzable N,available phosphorus and available potassium in the root soil of Forsythia suspensa at different altitudes were determined by random sampling method,and the soil fertility was comprehensively evaluated,in order to provide reference for largEscale cultivation and artificial nurturing management of Forsythia suspensa,and promote scientific production.The results showed that both soils hadvery high levels of organic matter,organic carbon and alkali hydrolyzable N,but the contents of available phosphorus and available potassium were moderate and below,and the soil pH was relatively high,it was neutral and weakly alkaline soil.There was a significant positive correlation between soil organic matter,organic carbon,and alkali hydrolyzable N,all of which were positively correlated with altitude and negatively correlated with pH.There was a high correlation between available phosphorus,organic matter,and pH,while available potassium mainly came from soil parent materials,and its content changes were related to mountain environments at different altitudes.The highest soil fertility in both areas ranges from 900 m to 1000 m,with abovEaverage soil fertility concentrated in the range of 700 m to 1000 m in Jingxing county and 900 m to 1100 m in She county.This characteristic had scientific significance for the cultivation and production of Forsythia suspensa.
