同伴侵害对易地扶贫搬迁青少年非自杀性自伤行为的影响:歧视知觉与体验回避的链式中介作用

The Impact of Peer Victimization on Non-Suicidal Self-Injury Behavior of Adolescents Relocated for Poverty Alleviation:The Chain Mediating Role of Perceived Discrimination and Experiential Avoidance

目的:探究易地扶贫搬迁青少年群体中同伴侵害与非自杀性自伤行为的关系以及歧视知觉和体验回避在其中的中介作用。方法:采用多维同伴侵害量表、歧视知觉问卷、接纳与行动问卷(第2版)、青少年自我伤害行为问卷对1057名易地扶贫搬迁青少年进行调查。结果:(1)同伴侵害、歧视知觉、体验回避和非自杀性自伤行为两两之间呈显著正相关;(2)同伴侵害对易地扶贫搬迁青少年非自杀性自伤行为的直接预测效应显著;(3)体验回避在同伴侵害与非自杀性自伤行为之间的中介作用以及歧视知觉与体验回避的链式中介作用显著。结论:同伴侵害对易地扶贫搬迁青少年的非自杀性自伤行为具有正向预测作用,同时通过体验回避的中介作用及歧视知觉和体验回避的链式中介作用影响易地扶贫搬迁青少年的非自杀性自伤行为。

Objective:This research is to explore the relationship between peer victimization and non-suicidal self-in⁃jury behavior of adolescents relocated for poverty alleviation and the mediating role of perceived discrimination and experi⁃ential avoidance.Methods:A survey was conducted among 1057 adolescents who were relocated for poverty alleviation by using the Multidimensional Peer Victimization Scale,Perceived Discrimination Questionnaire,Acceptance and Action Questionnaire(Second Edition),and Adolescent Self-Injury Behavior Questionnaire.Results:(1)Peer victimization,per⁃ceived discrimination,experiential avoidance and non-suicidal self-injury behavior were significantly correlated to each other;(2)The direct prediction effect of peer victimization on the non-suicidal self-injury behavior of adolescents relocated for poverty alleviation was significant;(3)The mediating effect of experiential avoidance between peer victimization and non-suicidal self-injury behavior and the chain mediating effect of perceived discrimination and experiential avoidance were significant.Conclusion:Peer victimization has a positive predictive effect on the non-suicidal self-injury behavior of adolescents relocated for poverty alleviation.At the same time,it influences the non-suicidal self-injury behavior of adoles⁃cents relocated for poverty alleviation through the mediation of experiential avoidance and the chain mediation of perceived discrimination and experiential avoidance.
