摘要
目的:检验强迫闯入思维量表(Obsessional Intrusive Thoughts Inventory,OITI)在中国大学生中的信效度。方法:采用OITI、强迫量表修订版(Obsessive-Compulsive Inventory-Revised,OCI-R)、状态—特质焦虑量表(StateTrait Anxiety Inventory,STAI)对1503名大学生进行施测。4周后,随机选取133名被试完成重测。结果:中文版OITI共43个条目,包括情境性伤害、人际性伤害、性、对称和排序、检查和怀疑、污染和清洗、迷信7个维度;验证性因素分析显示七因子模型拟合指数良好(χ^(2)/df=3.53,CFI=0.94,TLI=0.93,RMSEA=0.05,SRMR=0.06);中文版OITI总分与效标量表OCI-R和STAI-T总分的相关系数分别为0.47和0.38,表明中文版OITI具有良好的效标效度;OITI总分及各分量表的内部一致性信度在0.82~0.95之间,4周后的重测信度在0.53~0.70之间。结论:中文版OITI具有良好的信效度,可用于评估中国大学生的强迫闯入性思维。
Objective:To examine the reliability and validity of the Obsessional Intrusive Thoughts Inventory(OITI)in Chinese university students.Methods:A total of 1,503 college students were tested by using OITI,Obsessive Compulsive Inventory-Revised(OCI-R),State-Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI).After 4 weeks,133 subjects were randomly selected to complete the retest again.Results:The Chinese version of OITI contained 43 items,including 7 subscales:situational inju⁃ry,interpersonal injury,sex,symmetry and order,doubts and checking,contamination,and superstition.The confirmatory factor analysis indicated a good construct validity(χ^(2)/df=3.53,CFI=0.94,TLI=0.93,RMSEA=0.05,SRMR=0.06).The corre⁃lation coefficients between the total score of the Chinese version of OITI and the total score of OCI-R and STAI-T were 0.47 and 0.38,respectively,indicating that the Chinese version of OITI had good criterion-related validity.The internal consistency reliability of the Chinese version of OITI ranged from 0.82 to 0.95,and the test-retest reliability after 4 weeks ranged from 0.53 to 0.70.Conclusion:The Chinese version of the OITI is a valid and reliable instrument to assess the ob⁃sessional intrusive thoughts in Chinese college students.
