职业抱负量表修订版在公立医院职工中的信效度检验

Reliability and Validity of the Career Aspiration Scale-Revised in Public Hospital Staff

目的:检验职业抱负量表修订版(Career Aspiration Scale-Revised,CAS-R)在公立医院职工中的信度和效度。方法:对英文版CAS-R进行翻译和文化调试,采用便利抽样法收集某大型公立医院职工问卷1341份,并于2周后抽取30名医院职工进行重测。结果:中文版CAS-R各条目CR值在5.901~44.670之间,量表总的Cronbach’sα系数为0.933,3个维度的Cronbach’sα系数在0.929~0.932之间。量表总的重测相关系数为0.924,各维度重测相关系数在0.812~0.952之间。结论:中文版CAS-R具有良好的信效度,可用于评价医护人员的职业抱负水平。

Objective:To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Career Aspiration Scale-Revised(CAS-R).Methods:The English version of the CAS-R scale was translated into Chinese,back-translated,culturally ad⁃justed,and pre-investigated to determine the items of the Chinese version of the CAS-R scale.A convenient sampling method was used to collect 1341 questionnaires from employees of a tertiary hospital in December 2022 to evaluate the reli⁃ability and validity of the scale.Two weeks later,30 hospital employees were retested.Results:The CR values were within the range of 5.901-44.670.The factor load range of each dimension were:0.529-0.863 for achievement desire,0.710-0.818 for leadership ambition and 0.652-0.809 for educational aspiration.The overall Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.933,and the Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the three dimensions were between 0.929 and 0.932.The Spearman Brown correlation coefficient for each dimension of retesting ranged from 0.812 to 0.952.Conclusion:The Chinese version of CAS-R has good reliability and validity,and can be used to evaluate the career aspirations of medical staff.
