团体督导中督导的伦理行为及受督导者的伦理意识

Ethical Practice of Supervisors and Supervisee Ethical Belief in Group Supervision

目的:调查心理咨询团体督导中督导师的伦理行为和受督导者的伦理意识,以及两者之间的相关性。方法:翻译并改编Smith等人编写的团体督导伦理调查表,最终调查包括七个部分:包容性、多重关系与边界跨越、来访者隐私、伦理意识、胜任力、团体规范和结构及自我暴露。使用问卷星线上调查120名参与过团体督导的心理咨询师关于团体督导的伦理意识和督导师的伦理行为,并针对不同伦理规范部分,对督导师伦理行为和受督导者伦理意识进行相关性分析。结果:受督导者对团体督导师的伦理行为方面整体评价较好,受督导者对督导行为的伦理意识较清楚。但是,仍有少量督导师与受督导者存在多重关系,督导师较少鼓励回避认识的案例和回收案例材料的现象。此外,受督导者在多重关系和保护来访者隐私方面存在不同看法。督导师伦理行为的多数条目得分均与受督导者的伦理态度相关。结论:团体督导师在督导伦理行为方面整体表现较好,但在部分督导伦理意识和行为方面仍有待改进。

Objective:To investigate the supervisors’ethical practice and supervisees’beliefs related to the ethical practice of group supervision and examine their relationship.Methods:We translated and adapted the questionnaire on eth⁃ical practice of group supervision from a previous study(Smith,Riva&Cornish,2012).The final questionnaire was orga⁃nized around seven themes of inclusiveness,multiple relationships,confidentiality,ethical consciousness,competency,norms and structure and self-disclosure.A total of 120 psychological counsellors who had participated in group supervision were recruited online and reported their beliefs and supervisors’behaviors related to ethical practices in group supervision.Correlation analyses were conducted to examine the relationship between different aspects of beliefs regarding ethical prac⁃tices and the supervisors’ethical practices.Results:Supervisees generally gave good ratings of the supervisor’s ethical be⁃havior.Supervisees had clear understanding of the ethicality of supervisors’behaviors.However,some supervisors had mul⁃tiple relationships with supervisees.Supervisors sometimes encouraged supervisees to excuse from case presentations about clients whom they know and returned case materials.Supervisees had different opinions regarding multiple relationships and protecting client confidentiality.The supervisor’s behavior score was correlated with the supervisor’s ethical attitude in most items.Conclusion:Group supervisors complied with the ethical practice in most aspects.Some aspects of ethical practice still need further improvement.
