完形取向团体心理辅导对男性戒毒人员的自我概念和复吸倾向干预

Intervention Study of Gestalt Group Psychological Counseling onthe Self-concept and Relapse Tendency of Male Drug Addicts

目的:探索完形取向团体心理辅导对男性戒毒人员自我概念和复吸倾向的干预效果。方法:采用整群随机抽样法抽取江苏省某戒毒所男性强制戒毒人员48名,随机分为干预组(n=24)与对照组(n=24)。干预期间,两组照常参加戒毒所的日常戒治活动,干预组同时参与18次完形取向团体心理辅导活动。团辅前后采用田纳西自我概念量表和复吸倾向量表评估两组的自我概念与复吸倾向水平。结果:干预组自我概念的总分和社会自我维度的后测得分显著高于前测(P<0.05),复吸倾向总分后测显著低于前测(P<0.05),戒毒信心在干预后获得显著提高(P<0.05)。对照组自我概念水平在两次测量中差异不显著(P>0.05),复吸倾向在两次测量中的得分差异也不显著(P>0.05)。结论:完形取向团体心理辅导可以有效提升戒毒人员的自我概念水平,提高戒毒信心,降低复吸倾向。

Objective:To explore the effect of Gestalt group psychological counseling on the relapse tendency and self-concept of male drug addicts.Methods:48 male drug addicts in a drug rehabilitation center in Jiangsu Province were ran⁃domly divided into experimental group(n=24)and control group(n=24).During the intervention period,the two groups par⁃ticipated the rehabilitation activities as usual,and the experimental group participated in 18 gestalt group psychological counseling at the same time.The relapse tendency and the self-concept level were measured respectively by the relapse ten⁃dency scale and the Tennessee self-concept scale before and after group counseling.Results:After intervention,the post-test of self-concept social self in the experimental group was significantly higher than the pre-test(P<0.05).The post-test of relapse tendency and drug addiction confidence in the experimental group was significantly lower than the pre-test(P<0.05).In the control group,there were no significant differences between pre-test and post-test in relapse tendency and self-concept(P>0.05).Conclusion:Gestalt group psychological counseling can effectively intervene the self-concept and confidence of drug addicts and relapse tendency.
