农村留守初中生孤独感与心理弹性的交叉滞后分析

A Cross-lagged Analysis of Loneliness and Psychological Resilience among Rural Left-behind Junior Students

摘要 目的:采用交叉滞后模型考察农村留守初中生孤独感与心理弹性的相互预测关系。方法:采用青少年孤独感问卷和青少年心理弹性量表对253名农村留守初中生进行三次、每次间隔一年的纵向追踪调查。结果:(1)孤独感和心理弹性随时间呈现相反的变化趋势:孤独感先上升后下降,心理弹性先下降后回升;(2)T1、T2的孤独感可以延时预测T2、T3的心理弹性,心理弹性对孤独感的延时预测则不显著;(3)孤独感与心理弹性之间的关系在留守类型上不存在差异。结论:农村留守初中生孤独感与心理弹性之间具有单向且稳定的影响关系,揭示了减轻孤独感对留守初中生心理健康发展的重要意义。 Objective:Based on Cross-lagged modeling,this study investigated the association between loneliness and psychological resilience among rural left-behind junior students.Methods:A total of 253 junior students were followed up for three year(1 times every year)by two scales(Adolescent Loneliness Scale and Adolescent Psychological Resilience Scale).Results:The results showed that the level of loneliness and psychological resilience showed opposite trends across three years.Loneliness firstly rose and then fell,while resilience firstly fell and then rose.The level of loneliness at T1 and T2 had a significant negative impact on psychological resilience at T2 and T3,and the effect of psychological resilience on loneliness was not significant.These results were similar regardless of whether these students were double or single left-be⁃hind children.Conclusion:This study indicated that the relationship between loneliness and psychological resilience was unidirectional and stable,revealing the significance of alleviating loneliness for the mental health development of left-be⁃hind junior students.
