2020~2021年湖北省急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓率和血管内治疗率分析

Analysis of intravenous thrombolysis rate and endovascular treatment rate in acute ischemic stroke in Hubei Province in 2020-2021

目的了解湖北省2020~2021年急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓率和血管内治疗率。方法将2020年1月1日-2021年12月31日湖北省23家高级卒中中心和116家防治卒中中心在中国脑血管病大数据平台上报的185513例急性缺血性脑卒中患者纳入分析。结果湖北省静脉溶栓率和血管内治疗率分别为10.37%和1.96%,2021年静脉溶栓率较2020年有所提升(11.39%vs.8.92%,P<0.001),血管内治疗率较2020年也有所提升(2.25%vs.1.55%,P<0.001)。结论湖北省静脉溶栓率和血管内治疗率有所提升,卒中中心建设逐步完善。

Objective To understand the rates of intravenous thrombolysis and endovascular treatment for acute ischemic stroke in Hubei Province from 2020 to 2021.Methods 185513 acute ischemic stroke patients reported by 23 advanced stroke centers and 116 stroke prevention and treatment centers in Hubei Province from January 1,2020 to December 31,2021 on the China Cerebrovascular Disease Big Data Platform were included in the analysis.Results The intravenous thrombolysis rate and endovascular treatment rate in Hubei province were 10.37%and 1.96%,respectively.The intravenous thrombolysis rate increased in 2021 compared with 2020(11.39%vs.8.92%,P<0.001),and the endovascular treatment rate also increased compared with 2020(2.25%vs.1.55%,P<0.001).Conclusion The rates of intravenous thrombolysis and endovascular treatment in Hubei Province have increased,and the construction of stroke centers was gradually improving.
