视路胶质瘤伴眼内浸润和眼球萎缩1例

摘要 患儿男,4个月余。因右眼向外偏斜伴眼球突出2个月,于2021年5月21日至中山大学中山眼科中心眼眶病科就诊。患儿足月顺产,个人史、家族史无异常。眼部检查:双眼追光。右眼球突出,向外偏斜。双眼眼球运动正常。双眼眼前节未见明显异常,瞳孔4.5mm,对光反射迟钝。眼底检查,右眼视盘边界不清,自视盘隆起一黄白色肿块,其周围和黄斑区视网膜下黄白色渗出,视盘表面和后极部视网膜动脉变细、静脉扩张纤曲,伴新生血管和点片状出血(图1A).
