以兴趣为导向的地板游戏联合家庭康复训练对孤独症患儿孤独症状及心理状况的影响

Effects of Interest Oriented Floor Games Combined with Family Rehabilitation Training on Loneliness and Psychological Status of Autistic Children

目的探讨以兴趣为导向的地板游戏联合家庭康复训练对孤独症患儿孤独症状及心理状况的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月在郑州大学附属儿童医院治疗的88例孤独症患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成观察组(44例)与对照组(44例)。观察组患儿给予以兴趣为导向的地板游戏联合家庭康复训练,对照组患儿给予常规康复训练,比较两组患儿孤独症状及心理状况。结果与两组训练前比较,两组训练后的孤独症儿童行为检查量表(ABC)评分均显著降低,且观察组评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与两组训练前比较,两组训练后中国心理教育量表(C-PEP)评分均显著提高,且观察组评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孤独症患儿给予以兴趣为导向的地板游戏联合家庭康复训练,能够改善患儿孤独症状及心理状况。

Objective To explore the effect of interest oriented floor games combined with family rehabilitation training on loneliness symptoms and psychological status of autistic children.Methods A total of 88 autistic children who were treated in Affiliated Children’s Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the observation group(44 cases)and the control group(44 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given interest oriented floor games combined with family rehabilitation training.The loneliness symptoms and psychological status of the two groups of children were compared.Results Compared with those before training,the autism Behavior Checklist(ABC)scores of the two groups after training were significantly decreased,and the score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with before training,the C-PEP scores of the two groups after training were significantly improved,and the score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of interest oriented floor games and family rehabilitation training for autistic children can improve their loneliness symptoms and psychological status.
