聚焦解决模式护理联合共情护理对主动脉夹层手术患者心理韧性、治疗依从性及应对方式的影响

Effects of Solution-Focused Nursing Combined with Empathy Nursing on Mental Toughness,Treatment Compliance and Coping Style in Patients with Aortic Dissection Surgery

目的探讨主动脉夹层(AD)手术患者给予聚焦解决模式护理联合共情护理对心理韧性、治疗依从性及应对方式的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2021年12月在郑州人民医院接受手术治疗的94例AD患者,按照随机数字表法分成干预组(47例)与对照组(47例),对照组给予常规心理护理干预,干预组给予聚焦解决模式护理联合共情护理,比较两组心理韧性、治疗依从性及应对方式。结果两组干预后中文版心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)评分提高,干预组与对照组比较更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组治疗依从性(93.62%)高于对照组(78.72%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组干预后面对评分提高,屈服、回避评分降低,干预组与对照组比较面对评分更高,屈服、回避评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论AD手术患者给予聚焦解决模式护理联合共情护理,能够增强心理韧性,提高患者治疗依从性,改善应对方式。

Objective To investigate the effect of solution-focused nursing combined with empathy nursing on psychological resilience,treatment compliance and coping style in patients with aortic dissection(AD)surgery.Methods A total of 94 AD patients who were received surgical treatment in Zhengzhou People’s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected,and they were divided into the intervention group(47 cases)and the control group(47 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was given routine psychological nursing intervention,the intervention group was given solutionfocused nursing combined with empathy nursing.The psychological toughness,treatment compliance and coping styles were compared of the two groups.Results The Chinese version of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)scores of the two groups increased after intervention,and the intervention group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the intervention group(93.62%)was higher than that of the control group(78.72%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the confrontation scores of the two groups increased,and the yield and avoidance scores decreased.Compared with the control group,the confrontation scores of the intervention group were higher,and the yield and avoidance scores were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Focused solution model nursing combined with empathic nursing can enhance mental toughness,improve patients’treatment compliance,and improve coping styles in AD surgery patients.
