表面麻醉在乳磨牙深龋治疗中的应用研究

Research on the application of surface anesthesia in the treatment of deep caries of primary molars

目的探究表面麻醉在儿童乳磨牙深龋治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月于昆明市儿童医院口腔科就诊的120例龋病患儿作为研究对象,随机分为实验组与对照组,各60例。对照组行局部浸润麻醉,实验组行表面麻醉联合局部浸润麻醉,比较两组注射时疼痛程度、治疗配合度。结果实验组注射时疼痛程度轻于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗配合度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论表面麻醉联合局部浸润麻醉法用于治疗乳磨牙深龋患儿的麻醉效果显著,可缓解患儿疼痛,提高患儿治疗配合度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of surface anesthesia in the treatment of deep caries of primary molars in children.Methods 120 children with dental caries who were treated in the department of Stomatology of Kunming Children's Hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received local infiltration anesthesia,while the experimental group received surface anesthesia combined with local infiltration anesthesia,the pain degree during injection and degree of treatment cooperation were compared between the two groups.Results The pain degree during injection in the experimental group was milder than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of treatment cooperation in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Surface anesthesia combined with local infiltration anesthesia in the treatment of children with deep caries of primary molars has significant anesthetic effect,can alleviate pain in children,improve degree of treatment cooperation,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
