优质护理在肿瘤患者靶向药物治疗中的应用

Application of high-quality nursing in targeted drug therapy for cancer patients

目的分析优质护理在肿瘤患者靶向药物治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2018年12月至2020年12月于本院接受靶向药物治疗的98例肿瘤患者作为研究对象,根据护理方法的不同分为对照组与观察组,每组49例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予优质护理,比较两组自我护理能力、生命质量及护理满意度。结果观察组健康知识了解、护理活动认知、不良反应认知及突发事件应对评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组躯体疼痛、功能恢复、心理状态及社交活力评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为89.80%,高于对照组的73.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对靶向药物治疗的肿瘤患者行优质护理可提高患者的自我护理能力、生命质量及护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing in targeted drug therapy for cancer patients.Methods A total of 98 patients with cancer who received targeted drug therapy in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different nursing methods,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high-quality nursing on the basis of routine nursing,the self-care ability,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of health knowledge,nursing activity cognition,adverse reaction cognition and emergency response in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical pain,functional recovery,psychological status and social activity in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 89.80%,which was higher than 73.47%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing can improve the self-care ability,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of cancer patients treated with targeted drugs,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
