螺旋CT联合MRI影像技术对女性盆腔囊性病变诊断准确率的分析

Analysis of the diagnostic accuracy of spiral CT combined with MRI imaging technology in female pelvic cystic lesions

目的分析螺旋CT联合MRI影像技术对女性盆腔囊性病变的诊断准确率。方法选取2019年10月至2021年6月本院收治的58例盆腔囊性病变患者作为研究对象,均行单纯螺旋CT、螺旋CT联合MRI及手术病理检查。以手术病理诊断结果为金标准,分析不同诊断方法对女性盆腔囊性病变的诊断准确率。结果58例盆腔囊性病变患者均经手术病理证实,单纯螺旋CT准确检出49例,误诊9例;螺旋CT联合MRI准确检出56例,误诊2例。螺旋CT联合MRI对盆腔囊性病变定性诊断准确率高于单纯螺旋CT,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种诊断方法的定位诊断准确率比较差异无统计学意义。结论螺旋CT联合MRI对女性盆腔囊性病变定性与定位诊断准确率均较高,对单纯螺旋CT无法准确诊断者,宜联合MRI进行诊断,可为临床提供客观可靠的诊断依据。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic accuracy of spiral CT combined with MRI imaging in female pelvic cystic lesions.Methods 58 patients with pelvic cystic lesions admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects,all patients underwent spiral CT alone,spiral CT combined with MRI and surgical pathological examination.The surgical pathological diagnosis results were used as the gold standard,and the diagnostic accuracy of different diagnostic methods for female pelvic cystic lesions was analyzed.Results 58 cases of pelvic cystic lesions were confirmed by surgical pathological,49 cases were accurately detected by spiral CT alone,and 9 cases were misdiagnosed;56 cases were accurately detected by spiral CT combined with MRI,and 2 cases were misdiagnosed.The qualitative diagnostic accuracy of spiral CT combined with MRI in qualitative diagnosis of pelvic cystic lesions was higher than that of spiral CT alone,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the accuracy of localization diagnosis between the two groups.Conclusion The accuracy of spiral CT combined with MRI in the qualitative and localization diagnosis of female pelvic cystic lesions is higher,those who cannot be accurately diagnosed with spiral CT alone,it is advisable to combine MRI with spiral CT to provide objective and reliable diagnostic evidence for clinical practice.
