生物功能性义齿系统全口义齿与普通全口义齿修复效果的对比研究

Comparative study on the repair effect of biofunctional prosthetic system complete denture and ordinary complete denture

目的对比生物功能性义齿系统(BPS)全口义齿和普通全口义齿的修复效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月于本院行全口义齿修复的56例患者作为研究对象,根据不同修复方式分为两组,每组28例。对照组给予普通全口义齿修复,观察组给予BPS全口义齿修复,比较两组修复效果、咀嚼功能、语言功能、牙齿美观度与稳固程度、生命质量及修复满意度。结果观察组修复总有效率为96.43%,高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。修复后,两组语言功能、咀嚼功能、牙齿美观度、稳固程度评分均高于修复前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生命质量与修复满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与普通全口义齿修复比较,BPS全口义齿修复的效果更佳,不仅美观稳固,还可增强患者咀嚼与语言功能,提高其生命质量及满意度。

Objective To compare the repair effects of biofunctional prosthetic system(BPS)complete denture and ordinary complete denture.Methods 56 patients who underwent complete denture restoration in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the two groups according to different restoration methods,with 28 cases in each group.The control group received ordinary complete denture restoration,while the observation group received BPS complete denture restoration,the restoration effect,language function,chewing function,tooth aesthetics and stability,quality of life and restoration satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of repair in the observation group was 96.43%,which was significantly higher than 71.43%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After restoration,the scores of language function,chewing function,and tooth aesthetics and stability of the two groups were higher than those before restoration,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life and restoration satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with ordinary complete denture restoration,BPS complete denture restoration has better effect,not only aesthetically stable,but also enhances patients'chewing and language function,improves their quality of life and satisfaction.
