慢性肾病患者营养评估方法

摘要 慢性肾脏病(CKD)是一种渐进性和终身性疾病,各种营养素代谢失调是CKD的主要表现之一,营养状况已成为影响CKD患者生命质量的重要因素之一,营养不良可造成或加重CKD患者免疫功能低下、感染、贫血、心血管疾病、胃肠疾病等,而过多的蛋白摄入又会加重肾功能的恶化。若能尽早诊断营养状况,可改善患者预后。因此,本文主要通过实验室营养评估指标、营养评估量表、常见营养状况对CKD患者的的营养评估方法进行综述,以期为临床评估CKD患者营养状况提供依据。 Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is a progressive and lifelong disease,one of the main manifestations of CKD is the imbalance of metabolism of various nutrients,nutrition status has become one of the important factors affecting the quality of life of CKD patients,and malnutrition can cause or aggravate the immune dysfunction,infection,anemia,cardiovascular disease,gastrointestinal disease,etc.,and excessive protein intake will aggravate the deterioration of renal function.If nutritional status can be diagnosed as early as possible,can improve the prognosis of patients.Therefore,this article mainly reviews the nutritional assessment methods of CKD patients through laboratory nutritional assessment indicators,nutritional assessment scales,and common nutritional status,in order to provide basis for clinical clinical assessment of nutritional status of patients with CKD.
