关节腔冲洗联合注射透明质酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的探究关节腔冲洗+透明质酸钠应用于膝骨性关节炎中的价值。方法选择膝骨性关节炎患者30例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各15例。研究组采取关节腔冲洗+透明质酸钠,对照组使用透明质酸钠,比较两组治疗结果。结果研究组优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组IL-10、IL-1、TNF-α、IL-6均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组VAS评分低于对照组,Lysholm、GQOLI-74评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组COMP、CTX-II均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论关节腔冲洗+透明质酸钠效果更为理想,可减轻炎性反应,降低疼痛,改善患者膝关节功能,促进生活质量提升,值得推广。
