精细化被膜解剖技术在甲状腺手术中的运用体会

摘要 目的总结精细化被膜解剖技术在甲状腺手术中的运用体会。方法回顾性分析应用精细化被膜解剖技术完成的112例甲状腺手术患者的临床资料,分析手术中喉返神经损伤、甲状旁腺损伤的发生情况。结果112例患者均顺利完成手术,围术期发生喉返神经损伤2例(2.6%),均于3个月后恢复正常,未发生永久性喉返神经损伤;发生甲状旁腺血供损伤7例(6.2%),其中1例出现低钙血症,5个月后恢复正常,未发生永久性甲状旁腺功能减退。结论在甲状腺手术中应用精细化被膜解剖技术可快速显露并保护喉返神经和甲状旁腺,有效避免喉返神经和甲状旁腺损伤,提高手术安全性。
