后期临床教学的目的主要在于有效衔接理论知识与临床应用,查房既是后期临床教学中重要的方法,也是帮助医学生从学生向医生角色转换的主要手段。然而在目前的教学查房运行中,师资水平不足是影响教学效果的主要因素,而在各类师资培训中,往往出于临床工作任务量大、时间冲突等原因很难达到师资培训的目的。微课是以微型教学视频为载体,针对某个教学知识点或教学环节而设计开发的一种新型在线网络视频课程,它具有“短小精悍”的特性,切实解决师资培训中时间和空间局限的问题,大大提升了教学查房师资培训的参与度和实用性。同时,在这个强调积极发展“互联网+教育”的时代,微课将会有一个全新的发展平台,也为医学教育者接下来的工作指明了新的方向。

The purpose of clinical teaching is to effectively connect theoretical knowledge with clinical application,clinical teaching rounds is not only an important teaching method in clinical teaching,but also a main means to help medical students transform from students to doctors.However,in the current clinical teaching rounds,it is found that the level of teachers is the main factor affecting the teaching effect.However,in all kinds of teacher training,it is often difficult to achieve the purpose of teacher training due to the large amount of clinical work,time conflict and other factors.Micro class is based on micro teaching video as the carrier,for a teaching knowledge or teaching link and the design and development of a new type of online video courses,it has the characteristics of“terse and forceful”,it effectively solved the limitation of time and space of teacher training and greatly improved the participation and practi-cability of teacher training.At the same time,in this era,it that emphasized the active development of“Internet+education”,micro course will have a new development platform,and also pointed out a new direction for us medical educators in the following work.
