升陷汤类方临床应用探析

Clinical Application of Shengxian Decoction and Its Related Prescriptions

剖析张锡纯大气下陷理论,胸中大气即宗气,宗气“贯心脉而行呼吸”,为诸气之纲领,宗气充足则心肺功能正常,气血流通如常,痰饮水湿及壅滞之气自去。大气下陷可以导致多种疾病,轻者气短不足以息,危重者可气息将停,危在顷刻。张锡纯依据大气下陷理论创制了升陷汤系列方,应用于临床效果显著。现结合病案详述升陷汤及其类方的理论及临床应用,拓展临床应用范围,以提高临床疗效。

According to Zhang Xichun’s theory of atmospheric depression,the atmosphere in the chest is the ancestral Qi,and the an-cestral Qi“breathes through the heart pulse”is the program of all Qi.If the ancestral Qi is sufficient,the cardiopulmonary function is normal,the circulation of Qi and blood is normal,and the phlegm and water are wet and the stagnant Qi goes away.Atmospheric de-pression can lead to a variety of diseases.Light people are short of breath and lack of rest,and critical people can stop breathing in an instant,Zhang Xichun created Shengxian decoction series based on the theory of atmospheric subsidence,which has significant clini-cal effect.Now,combined with the medical records,this paper detailed the theory and clinical application of Shengxian decoction and its prescriptions,so as to expand the scope of clinical application and improve the clinical effect.
