棍点理筋正骨手法治疗颈型颈椎病临床观察

Therapy of Rod Point-pressing in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis

目的 观察棍点理筋正骨手法治疗颈型颈椎病的临床效果。方法 选取2020年4月—2021年3月在浏阳市中医医院门诊治疗的颈型颈椎病患者120例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。观察组采用棍点理筋正骨手法治疗,对照组采用常规推拿按摩手法治疗,2 d一次,3次为1个疗程,2个疗程后比较分析2组的总有效率、Northwick park颈痛量表(NPQ)评分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、颈椎关节活动度。结果 治疗后观察组总有效率为91.7%(55/60),优于对照组的76.7%(46/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组NPQ评分、VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组颈椎前屈、后伸、侧屈及旋转的平面角均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 与传统推拿手法相比,棍点理筋正骨手法治疗颈型颈椎病临床效果更佳,值得推广应用及深层次研究。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of therapy of rod point-pressing in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 120 patients with cervical spondylosis who were treated in Liuyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each.The observation group was treated with therapy of rod point-pressing techniques,and the control group was treated with conventional massage.The treatment con-sisted of 3 times as a course of treatment,with an interval of 1 day between each treatment.The total effective rate,Northwick park Neck Pain Scale(NPQ)score,visual analogue Scale(VAS)score and cervical motion of the two groups were compared after 2 courses of treat-ment.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 91.7%(55/60),and the effective rate of the control group was 76.7%(46/60).The effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The NPQ score of the observation group after treatment The scores of VAS and VAS were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the angles of cervical spine flexion,extension,lateral flexion and rotation of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional massage technique,the therapy of rod point-pressing technique has a bet-ter clinical effect in the treatment of cervical spondylosis,and it is worthy of popularization,application and in-depth research.
