摘要 在中医学研究生培养中发现学生中医理念不够突出,中医思维片面肤浅,临床辨证困难,隐性知识难以传承。为适应社会需求,培养能够独立从事中医工作的高层次应用型人才,传承精华、守正创新,甘肃中医药大学基于思、教、研培养模式,在人才培养中深化中医理念,以运用与创新更高阶能力为目标,注重培养学生主动性,潜移默化地提高学生隐性能力,构建更有效的中医学专业培养模式。 In the training of graduate students of traditional Chinese medicine,the concept of traditional Chinese medicine is not prominent enough,the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine is one-sided,the clinical syndrome differentiation is difficult,and the tacit knowledge is difficult to inherit.In order to meet the needs of society,it is necessary to cultivate high-level applied talents who can independently engage in traditional Chinese medicine specialty,inherit the essence and innovate.Based on the training mode of thinking,teaching and research,Gansu University of Chinese Medicine deepens the concept of traditional Chinese medicine in the training of talents,with the goal of applying and innovating higher-order abilities,it pays attention to the cultivation of students’initia-tive and exerts a subtle influence on recessive abilities to construct a more effective training mode of traditional Chinese medicine.
