摘要
玉屏风散是中医经典名方,有祛风御邪、益气固表之功效。玉屏风散还具有调节免疫、抗炎、抗老化等药理作用,临床多用于治疗呼吸系统疾病、皮肤病、多汗证等,在防治新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)中也有应用。为了更好地了解玉屏风制剂在新型冠状病毒肺炎中的防治作用,此文在分析其组方的基础上,结合药理及临床研究作一综述。
Yupingfeng powder is a classic traditional Chinese medicine prescription,which has the effects of dispelling wind,prevent-ing evil,and replenishing qi.Modern medical research showed that Yupingfeng powder has pharmacological effects such as immune regulation,anti-inflammatory,and anti-aging.It is mostly used clinically to treat respiratory diseases,skin diseases,hyperhidrosis and other diseases,and in the treatment of COVID-19.In order to better understand the prevention and treatment effects of Yuping-feng preparation in COVID-19,this article summarized the pharmacological and clinical research based on the analysis of its prescrip-tions.
