摘要
文章通过查阅并梳理近10年来关于中医临床思维能力培养的文献,从理论研究和教学实践研究2个方面进行了归纳,旨在让读者对近10年内相关方面的研究概况有明晰的认识。结合当前中医教育改革的要求和实际存在的问题,作者提出在目前的教学中我们迫切需要借助临床案例来设计科学合理的教学模式,系统讲授历代医家的学术思想和临证经验,这对于培养和提升医学生的中医临床思维能力具有重要的现实意义。
In this paper,through the recent ten years on the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinical thinking ability related literature,the author reviewed,combed,and inducted from two aspects of the theoretical research and teaching practice re-search,in order to let the reader have a clear understanding to the recent ten years of related research overview.Combined with the re-quirements of the current reform of TCM education and the actual problems,the author pointed out that in the current teaching,we ur-gently need to design a scientific and reasonable teaching model with the help of clinical cases,and systematically teach the academic thoughts and clinical experience of doctors in the past dynasties,which has important practical significance for training and improving the clinical thinking ability of TCM medical students.
